| SEALING PROCEDURE DRYVAN CNTRS. |
| We have established an increasing number of containers to be delivered at the MSC Home Terminal with incorrect sealing. MSC whishes to advise you that it is the Shippers obligation to properly seal the container, on the therefore allocated location, in compliance with ruling regulations. As of april 15th all containers which fail to comply with the attached instruction will be sealed by the Terminal Operator for account of the cargo. MSC will be obliged to charge you for the respective costs amounting to Euro 82,-- per container plus an administration fee of Euro 25,--. More info |

| We have established an increasing number of containers to be delivered at the MSC Home Terminal with incorrect sealing. MSC whishes to advise you that it is the Shippers obligation to properly seal the container, on the therefore allocated location, in compliance with ruling regulations. As of april 15th all containers which fail to comply with the attached instruction will be sealed by the Terminal Operator for account of the cargo. In addition to the door-seals special attention is required for sealing of the “air fresh vents” of reefer-containers. All MSC reefer-containers are properly air fresh vent sealed upon empty release from the respective depots. When reefer-containers are returned full at the MSC Home Terminal with incorrect, or no air fresh vent seals at all , the Terminal Operator will seal the air fresh vents for account of the cargo. MSC will be obliged to charge you for the respective costs amounting to Euro 50,-- per air fresh vent. More info |
