GRI ANNOUNCEMENT NWC to SAEC 01/07/2010
In view of the current and projected vessels’ space availability, we are to apply a GRI as fm 01.07.2010  from NWC to South America East Coast . GRI as from 01.07.2010 :EUR 150 x TEU
 

Improved service to Houston 15/06/2010
Please be advised that MSC will start a new direct service to the Mexican Gulf ex Antwerp. As of the beginning of July the so called Mexico Express Service will be operational. This means that we can offer a direct call to Houston in just 19 days; this is almost 1 week faster than our current transit time to Houston. We expect to have informed you sufficiently. New Mexico Express Service 15/06/2010
In response to market demand MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is pleased to announce the introduction of a new dedicated express service between Europe and Mexico. This service development will provide better transit times between Europe and Mexican ports, with a reduction in transit time of ten days between the main European Ports and East Coast Mexican ports. With five vessels of approximately 2000 TEUS capacity, the rotation of the Mexico Express service will be as follows: Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Veracruz, Altamira, Houston, Antwerp. This new service will commence as from sailing of the MSC Endurance which is departing Antwerp on the 18th of July 2010.
 

New THC / Israel 10/06/2010
This is to advise you that effective as fm the 11/07/10 (B/L date), we will adjust the THC in course in Israel as follows: - USD 95 / 20' RG DV- USD 150 / 40' RG DV- USD 110 / 20' RF - USD 170 / 40' RF

MSC has been chosen "Container line Firm of the Year" operating to Turkish ports by the Organisation Committee and Jury Board of the 5th Golden Anchor Turkish Maritime Shipping Awards Ceremony, organised by the Turkish Maritime Magazine, Dunya Newspaper in conjunction with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Transportation.
