| Dear valued customer,On behalf of our principal Mediterranean Shipping Company SA., Geneva we are pleased to inform the trade, it will revise its service from NWC to/from Israel. The key feature of this revision is to serve the Israeli markets with a faster transit time and a high level of schedule reliability The new service replacing the NWC/E Med 1st string will be called “Israel Express” and will employ 4 vessels (instead of 5 employed until now)New transit time from Rotterdam; Mersin 11 daysHaifa 13 daysAshdod 15 daysThe new rotation will be: Felixstowe –Rotterdam – Le Havre – Mersin – Haifa – Ashdod – Valencia and back to Felixstowe.The first vessel will be the MSC Donata sailing from Antwerp on the 23.08 Part of this revision and based on above new service, the NWC/E Med 2nd string will be replaced by the “Levant Express” and will employ 5 vessels The New rotation will be: Felixstowe – Antwerp – Valencia – Limassol – Beirut – Lattakia – Alexandria – Mersin – Gioia Tauro – Naples and back to Felixstowe.The first vessel will be the MSC Alexa sailing Antwerp on the 26.08 |

As from 01/012010 Belgian Law (through harbourmaster) imposes that IMO declaration only be handled/done by specialised/qualified staff which received recessary training and obtained certificate of compliance. MSC Netherland invested in this obligatory project and employs this specialised staff. We will be handling your IMO declaration at a cost of Euro 35/container. The following info is imperatively to be supplied 36 hrs before eta vessel at Antwerp. 1) Mode of delivery. 2) Date of delivery on quay. 3) Finalised file in Maxs. 4) DGD/CPC. |

| As of 01/08/2010 Agents may resume booking of second hand cars with destination Misurata port Libya.Cars in containers can now be booked/shipped to Khoms, Misurata, and Benghazi. Other restrictions ie age limitations etc are still applicable and as per local requirements page |
