| Dear All,In order to recover some of the losses incurred by Msc as a result of the ongoing strike actionIn South African ports Msc will be implementing a Congestion Recovery Surcharge ofUsd 100 per Teu, for dry and reefer cargo and will be for the account of the freight payer.This surcharge will be implemented on all cargo loaded and discharged in South AfricanPorts . Transhipment cargo will not be affected.For export cargo the surcharge will be introduced on all cargo that has been stacked by00h01 on 21st May 2010.For import cargo the implementation date will be advised by the concerned Msc LinerManager .We will advise further on the expected duration of the surcharge. |

| Dear Valued Clients, You might have noted the great difficulties we have experiencing in supplying empty equipment in Asia and in particular the 20 DV. We will therefore implement a Equipment Imbalance Charge (EIC) of USD 200 per 20 DV to be effective as from 24th May (BL date). This charge is applicable only to the 20 equipment for the time being and only to cargo with destination NWC, ScanBalt, WMED, EMED, BSEA and RSEA. This announcement is an official surcharge publication; we take for granted that without any specification from us, it will be duly applied to your future shipment |

| Pls be informed that from the 1st of May 2010 MSC rail shuttle will stop between Rail Service Center, Waalhaven and MSC home terminal, kaai 730, Antwerp/v.v. The last delivery date for export containers will be the 27th of April 2010. New delivery address by truck or barge from the 28th of April 2010 will be: Barge Centre Waalhaven, Waalhaven WZ nr.62 via De Ophemertstraat, Harbournr.2503, Rotterdam. New delivery address for delivery by rail from the 17th of May 2010 will be: Rotterdam Container Terminal, Missouriweg 17, Harbournr.7220, Maasvlakte-Rotterdam. |
