| Re: Libya / Second Hand Cars With immediate effect, second hand cars to Libya are allowed to be discharges at Khoms & Benghazi ONLY due to local Marine Authority regulation.Meaning Tripoli/Khoms/Misurata cars are to be manifested to Khoms, while Benghazi traffic remains to Benghazi . This applies to all transport methods including cars in containers. Previous circulars related to age restriction and damaged condition of units still stands. |

| In order to restore the West Bound rates on the Transatlantic trade MSC will proceed with further increasing the tariff rate and service contracts as of July 1st 2010 with the following G.R.I $ 300 per 20ft $ 400 per 40ft This GRI will be applicable on all cargo originated from North Europe and Scan Baltic region to USA East Coast and West Coast. |

Aliaga is situated about 50 kilometers north of Izmir. ALIAGA, is the name of the Main Town which is close to Nemrut Bay where is located our new Terminal.The name of our new, private Terminal is : NemportCalling with our Main service Aliaga and with our Aegean service Izmir means that we cover very well the total Izmir and Aliaga Area.The first vessel with the new rotation will be: NORTHERN DIGNITY VOY. 05A ETS ANTWERP on June 4th, ETA ALIAGA on June 14th. |
